RV Chevy 30 Coachmen 1986 in Mariposa , Mariposa County, California

Hi!

We are selling an RV Chevy Coachmen 21foot long year 1986.
My girlfriend and i have been travelling on it along the West Coast . Now its time to go back to our country and sell the RV.

This RV is a really rare one to find, an antiquity! Its one of the smallers dimensions, easy to drive it takes you everywhere, great!!

It is in very good shape, the engine is running perfect, all the mechanical components are working good! Just had SMOG CHECK DONE 05/09/18! So it is ready to be registered in California!! the plates are from Oregon.
Just replaced the auxiliar battery a week ago and It has new back tires 2 months ago!! All the lights are working. Breaks working good. Windshield wipers working! Ready to drive!!!
We have took really good care of this vehicle! Everything is working perfecf:

External plugged up power and water.
12v power plugs/ in side lights.
Kitchen Stove and Oven.
Shower and toilet.
Refrigerator and freezer/ Electrical or Pronane.
Water heater.
Water pump.

And when pugged to the power:
Microwave.
RV Heater.
Refrigerator Optional.

It has a Stereo that works with Bluetooth or a drive and has a remote control. It goes with two Kenwood speakers with a switch on the home side!! Perfect for a home-cinema! Also have two Pioneer speakers ready to install on the front!!

The only Issues are that:

Speedometer and Odometer not working. It says 81.000....but I guess it has to be like 120.000.. or some...
Air conditioning not working.
The roof leaks a little bit...we have been really carefull to coberted it up with a tarp each time it rained...the good thing is that it is not rotten!! Right now it is the perfect time to reseal the roof after the hole summer it is super dry!!
And the other issue is that it has a bump on the right back corner on the box... on the ladder!! Its not so bad... someone handyman will fix it easily!!

The RV comes full equipped!!
Tools, a full RV cover and tarps, hidraulic bottle jack, 4 stand jacks, a propane bottle with a heater top, a power converter and a Verizon wireless WiFi device, blankets and pillows, cooking stuff... it’s all ready!!
