Description

This 2018 Forest River Freedom Series 1940LTD Power Lift system Tent Trailer offers two tent end beds. A front queen and a rear 48" x 80" bed provide comfortable sleeping with more walking around room inside. A twin bed can be made with the seat cushions.

As you enter this folding pop-up camper, there is a cabinet to your right and a cabinet with a two burner range to your left. On the opposite side there is a booth dinette and a single bowl sink along the road side wall. A refrigerator is included.

The range or grill can be a carried outside for convenience while you enjoy the shade from the 9' awning.
The pop-up mechanism is electric/battery operated, with a crank as a backup. Most camp sites now have electric and water hookups. There is a cord at the front of the unit that plugs into the back of a truck so the fridge stays cold and the battery charges as you are driving... if you don't have that outlet on your truck, something to consider getting. When at a camping site, the main electrical cord plugs into the campsite outlet, and everything electric is operational. If you do not have an electrical hookup, the battery will run the lights and the power lift, but the inside outlets will not work. The battery can last 3-5 days. The inside outlets are nice to have (if you are plugged into electricity)... you can bring a toaster and make hash browns or french toast!

The unit comes with 2 propane tanks. You can run the refrigerator on electric or propane. Electric will drain the battery if you don't have hookups. There is a heater that runs on propane, There is also a grill and a stove that run off the propane.. they hook to the outside of the camper, but only one can be hooked up at a time. The grill has a lid and can be used like an oven.

There is a water tank, and a small sink, the water tank can be filled before you leave for camping and will last a long time. If you have water hookups at a campsite, it is "supposed" to be city water, and therefore drinkable.

It sleeps 5. One queen bed, one almost queen bed... slightly bigger than a double bed, but not quite as big as a queen. And one twin bed. The two big beds have optional heating elements.
The first couple of times you raise and lower the tent, it can take several people well over an hour. With practice, one person will be able to raise or lower it in less than 20 minutes! The canopy is super easy to put up, but easier with two people.

There is ample storage space throughout trailer.

Wheel locks and drain hose will be included.
