2007 springdale model SG252R used as is camper needs work but all appliances are in perfect working order. There has been a new water pump installed 2 weeks ago. It has two of the middle size propane tanks and also has the $1000 anti- sway bars for towing. One simple slide out for the couch. The roof leaks in the bathroom and there is a flooring issue under one of the bench seats for the dining table. The tires are good but haven't been used in 3 years as it has been set up for three years.it needs wa bit of work but my asking price is only what the appliances are worth. They include the new fresh water pump with a simple and easily accessible water filter, gas stove and oven, heater, air-conditioning which is ducted through out the camper, a gas/ electric refrigerator and a gas/ electric water heater. It also has I believe to be 30 gallon fresh, grey, and black water tanks and I constantly sanitize the fresh water tank with the appropriate sanitizer from lakeside campers here in Anderson .
