Great apartment for a great price!! Everything in the apartment has been upgraded. Rent is $770. Both the regular and pet deposits have been paid. The lease is through August. The only expense you will have to pay to move in is the application fee ($50 for a single person $75 for a married couple). Very animal friendly community, they have a dog park onsite. The apartment is a bottom floor apartment located right next to the pool. This is a gated community and the apartment itself is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with washer and dryer connections. 5 minutes away from Scott and White hospital, temple mall, Temple College and grocery stores. Not far from Killeen/Ft. Hood. Very Centrally located.
