The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that is close to everything (1.0 mile from a H-E-B, 2.5 miles from downtown Midland, 1.5 miles from Midland Memorial Hospital). The house is on a fenced 1/4 acre lot with many trees, a covered patio, and lots of yard space. Tenant will have full access to the house and all its amenities including washer and dryer, refrigerator, espresso machine, microwave, TV, etc. Tenant will also have their own parking spot in attached garage with their own garage door opener. There is lots of storage space and a workshop out back. Dog(s) are OK if they are friendly and house broken. There is a doggy door on the back door.

I am looking for a responsible, respectful, and friendly person that gets along with others. The tenant will be responsible for cleaning up after themselves in the common areas. No smoking will be permitted in the house, but more than welcome to smoke on the patio out back. Drugs will not be permitted in the house at anytime. Background check, proof of employment, and rental agreement required. $900 per month with an $800 security deposit. Utilities included. Will be a month to month lease.
