Grassy Ridge Natural Beef quarters available beginning Aug 3.
This will be a combination of steaks, roasts, short ribs and ground. (1/4 of the total of each type.) Ground beef comes in 1lb tubes, steaks are vacuum packed in singles and roasts are cut to fit in a crockpot.
There are 12 quarters available for $850 each (approximately 100 lbs of beef) and 4 quarters at $900 each (~115lbs of beef).
Locally raised and processed.
