Adjustable Thermostat 105◦F to 165◦F. Temperature range is low enough to preserve active enzymes in fruits and vegetables. Temperature range is also high enough to meet safety standards for dehydrating meat for jerky. Unit turns on automatically when thermostat is in use.

I bought this unit in August 2015 and have only used two times (both times to dehydrate vegetables). I am selling because I simply don't have the space in my kitchen to use this and very little storage at my home. The unit is in like-new condition with no odors, scratches, dings, or dents and is packed in its original box. Bought unit direct from Excalibur website for $199.95 + tax + shipping, but selling for $175.00 which is a STEAL!
