Step 2 brand used naturally playful welcome home kids playhouse. Good sized playhouse, windows on all 4 sides, working door, play sink, stove and fold out table for dining lol. It is missing the play phone that would normally hang on the wall, the cradle is still there but somehow the phone itself is gone. They do sell a replacement phone for $7 if you so desire.

Heavy duty plastic, breaks down into 6 pieces for easy storage. It's in good shape, my kiddos have just outgrown it. Same set brand new is priced at $600.
