My Idaho Falls, ID, agency has been in business for over 35 years. My father, Gary, began the Agency in 1980. When I was 13 years old, I started working for my father in the summer, helping around the office. I then became an agent myself in 1998, working alongside him. In 2008, my father passed, and I continued to run the business with the same integrity and honesty he infused in me.
